JD6 Logistics provides general freight forwarding services, including the transportation of goods via tractor trailers. Our Site provides information about our services, allows for contact inquiries, and may facilitate job applications. Specific terms and conditions for logistics services will be outlined in separate agreements between JD6 Logistics and its clients.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site and engage in any transactions or applications for services or employment.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
